Key Lime Banana Mousse

Perfect for summer.
Finish your Caribbean feast with this smooth, delightful, cholesterol free mousse! The
magazine Vegetarian Times chose to publish this recipe in March, 2000.

1 pkg. Mori-Nu firm silken tofu, patted dry
2 organic bananas, yellow or red
4 tbsp. key lime juice
2 tbsp. lime zest
1/4 c. turbinado sugar
dash of allspice

Blend all ingredients in food processor and spoon into dessert glasses. Chill 2 hours
before serving.
