| Honey Pecan Balsamic Viniagrette The combination of honey and vinegar is said to alter emotional and energy stagnation in the body and assist in the release of toxins according to Chinese medicine’s philosophy. 1/4 c. honey 2/3 c. toasted pecan pieces (hazelnuts or walnuts are also very fine) 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar 1/4 c. olive or other oil 1 tbsp. minced chives or scallions pinch thyme Whisk all ingredients rapidly, except nuts, until slightly thickened.
