Breathe into the morning ~ conscious assessment

Upon waking in the morning, it is helpful to do a conscious assessment with the breath. With awareness of all parts of the physical body, re-awaken those parts of you that may have become energetically impacted by others around you or close to you in some way during the night. Breathe into the heart, the head, the abdomen,back, the solar plexus, legs, arms, with intention of clearing your field, your vessel, of all that is not you. You may be surprised how much shifts with this practice. From your thoughts all the way into your posture, your muscle fibers, flexibility — response can be quite noticeable. In so doing, the clarity you wish to bring to your day is enhanced to a greater depth. With blessings to all.

releasing eye imbalance in a four year old child

A young mother heard of the Breath of Light work’s results in working with children, and healing eye conditions. After her son’s teeth were pulled, his eyesight became distorted and he appeared cross eyed. During his short half hour session, as his body was illuminated energetically, his right side, including his head most predominantly, was carrying a dense congestion. The guidance was that this was the energetic impression of a disheveled man whose emotional and mental body were very strong, that the young boy had been around. His mother confirmed that the man was a family member who had an extreme challenge with alcohol and mood swings. As the guidance was to create only the highest Light energy field between the boy and this man was given, the weighted energy in his right side began to unwind. I was guided to gently touch different areas at the boy’s eyes and head to facilitate the disengaging of this energy. Tightness and constriction formerly around his eyes began to release. His mother shared that she could see his eyes “being pulled” in different directions as the work was being accomplished. As the man’s impression lifted from this highly sensitive child, we asked him to look at us when the session was complete. His mother was filled with relief as pent up energy had also lifted from her, of fear and concern for her son. His eyes had adjusted so they were looking straight ahead.
While the parents decided to go ahead with surgery for his eyes, and the surgery was successful, the Breath of Light session may have also set the stage for that success. Blessings to them.

Asthma and Allergy Clearing

Recently I had a session with a 14 year old young man who had suffered from asthma attacks since a young child. During the session he shared with me that he was in a heightened state of feeling awake and aware of how deeply the energy was clearing, and the understanding of his emotions that were being presented to him. His Higher Self, as in so many sessions, was communicating through me, the emotions that had congested within his chest and lungs over time. As emotions are created of particles of energy, as they accumulate they can create a difficulty, or impasse, within the physical body. The emotions that were illuminated within my client were ones about lack of self esteem in certain situations, and thereby feeling “lesser than” others, feeling then a sense of competitiveness that began in anger. As the very words were spoken, and as he heard them, and confirmed that they were true, the power of his intention to clear the asthma and the emotions causing it began to move from within his chest. A native American male guide appeared to give strength for this shift. Eagle was present to help clarify his chest. The energy continued to lift until his chest was completely emptied and he was breathing deeply and easily. This change has been lasting for him. Blessings to all.

Releasing in utero energy impressions from a 3 year old boy

A short, rapidly responding beautiful session with a three year old boy today. The little boy’s mother’s intention was for her son to be able to feel greater ease and balance with being in his body and the world around him. He had been very active and aware, interested in engaging with objects in the healing space, and was then sitting down on the massage table. During the stating of the prayer at the beginning of the session, my hands were guided to begin to glide over his body in feather like lightness with movements to begin to open and release for him. I also felt moved to let him hold a large heavy rose quartz. He became very quiet and was looking into my face. Immediately the guidance came that what was beginning to lift from his body was his father’s energy, densely quivering, and that this aspect of his father’s energy was what his mother had experienced during pregnancy with the boy, as well as her nervous reaction to the father. As the energy continued it’s flow and release from within the little boy’s heart, under his scapula, his head, legs and arms, it also was shown that his stomach area was releasing as well of his mother’s nervousness towards his father during the pregnancy. He was saying, softly, “yeah, yeah” in agreement that the energy was releasing from his father. All of these energetic observations were confirmed also by his mother. Then I felt a tight, thin plug of energy begin to dislodge from his right ear, and it was told that this was the former energetic bombardment of conflict containing words that he had heard during utero. As that released he noticeably was going through a calming change, and was looking around calmly rather than agitated. His mother shared that the boy’s sister, as well as he, had slightly malformed ears on the right side. He held large cowrie shells to his ears, as I was guided, to balance and cleanse the energy there. We were told to offer the energy to him in visualizing an enhancement of Light entering through his crown chakra and flushing up and out again.
After the concluding prayer, we noticed his manner was much more calm. His mother noticed that his eyes did not dart all over, but stayed on objects longer. Wishing the whole family all the very brightest, blessings to all.

assisting a new mother long distance – clearing the energy of blocked milk ducts

The session began over the phone into a time zone two hours away. Mother of the new mother had initiated the session for herself, her daughter, and her new granddaughter. The new mother’s milk ducts had painfully clogged, and she was seriously considering giving up breast feeding, though she did not wish to. Permission was asked to connect in this way with the client’s daughter Higher Self initially. At once I felt a tautness in her breasts which continued backwards into the chest at the heart chakra, it continued down into her solar plexus – mid torso region. We each received the response of Yes- it was alright to work with her. Next I asked to connect with the Higher Self of the infant. Immediately the energy changed. The sensation of floating, a buoyancy, accompanied by a glowing sphere of white, yellow, rose energy at the heart. A lightness and joy was her frequency. It made me laugh and we felt a unity with her spirit.
With these confirmations, the awareness moved into the mother’s energy field. The message was that the constriction, restriction, withdrawing into her body was caused by her sense that she could not keep it all together, she felt herself beginning to lose control of her life, with the new baby, and her young son, her husband. We were to intend to increase the spiritual Light (a glowing blue green, spiritual communication and harmony) illuminating this emotional energetic thought-form creating the compression inwards into her body, and to invite the Light in through the taut and thick weighted layer at her chest initially. We did this by visualizing the Light entering my client’s body as well as the new mother’s. It was a gradual yet quick progression at first for an opening at her heart chakra to be created through this former block. Once the Light was within, it was shared to visualize the bright shaft of it flowing downwards into the rib cage area, and behind the obstruction at the chest itself. I could feel the tight, painful ache of the breasts as if they were my own. Then the message was to invite the light to soothe from the inside outwards with each exhalation. That her emotional feeling about loss of control and not being enough, were soothed with peace, understanding and compassion. At once I sensed the left breast clearing, fascinatingly I could see very thin tributaries of light branch out in a flow into the milk ducts and a relaxation take place. The right breast followed.
As I was sharing this with my client, she excitedly said her daughter had just texted her. She had written could feel a change had taken place and was feeling better.
Soon we moved to the awareness of the new baby girl. A slight shadow of density of her father’s energy popped from her right side instantaneously as the message was given that she in part had come to help her father regain a brighter sense of self. Her Light Being’s beautiful joy continued to make me smile, long after the session’s conclusion. Blessings to all on our journeys of acceptance and growth. May all beings be happy.

Lakota sweatlodge

The healing I experienced from the Lakota sweatlodge on October 30, began as Jeff called to tell me he wanted to lead a healing sweat in my honor. Dear Lynn had seen him at the hot springs, and had told him I was moving through some physical health challenges. I was so touched that the community was reaching out to me in this way, and deeply appreciative. I was still feeling weakened, and prayed for my ability to carry through the whole sweat. Prayers of friends and family lifted me and I felt their strength all around me. I had talked with my beautiful friend Dr. Judith Boice about my concerns and she urged me to let the others know a signal if I had to leave suddenly during the lodge. The early evening walk to the lodge location with sweet friend/guardian Lynn engulfed our senses with the light that
happens when a storm is approaching – luminescent, full gray clouds enhancing the
golden cottonwoods as we wound down the path towards the valley. Jeff and Carlos were there, heating the grandfathers, the rocks, for the sweat, and I met Carlos for the first time. Carlos is a Lakota pipecarrier from Carbondale, an open hearted, gentle man who brought forth a hundred year old buffalo hide for me to sit on in the sweatlodge. He told me not to pray for strength, because I would have it. To pray for balance. More friends gathered, a total of ten, and we prepared ourselves to enter the lodge. As we all took our places, the stones entered the lodge on a pitchfork for Carlos to position in the pit with deer antlers. I set a feather above me in the willows, as Johnna had suggested. I felt the familiar rush of anticipation for the sacred, cleansing heat and deep lung fulls of fragrant steam. I was very grateful. Listening to the ring of voices and hearts expressing all around the circle within the pitch black lodge, it was a comfort and a joy to settle in, even with the uncomfortableness my body was still experiencing. I had trust in all of the spirit helpers, in the Great Spirit’s support. As the rounds continued and the songs were song, as more stones were added to the pit, the heat increased and the lavendar and wild sage scents mingled in our breaths, I began to feel a strong pulling sensation in the kidney/adrenals and gall bladder, like they were being vacuumed from the outside. My solar plexus area felt energy was being extracted as a wide tight turmoil unwound inside. I was happy – I felt strong to be there. Fear was gone. I could feel the energy of friends from Wyoming present, and so grateful for all the love which has accompanied me. The fourth round was a chunupa pipe ceremony, then much water was poured on the stones, and near to the very end, I felt my heart begin to race and asked permission to leave. I crawled out the door and touched my forehead to the ground, in gratitude, soaking wet and quivering. I turned to lay flat on the ground, and Carlos came to my side, praying for me, asking if I was alright. Mitakuye Oyasin – All my relations. I said yes, and as he moved away, I felt sobs welling up out of my body. I cried in the wind and darkness with light rain falling on me. The others soon were coming out from the lodge, and Cindy knelt beside me and hugged me tightly as I cried. We all changed our clothes, the fire was doused with water, and then began the walk back to our vehicles. I felt weightless in some places and dismantled, glad to be moving ahead, and knowing that much was still in motion.
The next day, I was washed out and clean. I was fatigued, but filled also with a renewed vitality, especially in my legs. As the day, and days continued, I knew the weakness within my body, and the fear that accompanied it, was gone. The sweatlodge had been a turning point for me, a shift and a lifting, a rejoining –settling into myself in a renewed way. Thank you, Great spirit, and all of life in motion. Aho.

Peace within

Offering a class this evening on the second floor Yoga Tree Studio in Hotchkiss, Colorado, I opened my eyes and lifted my focus out the wall of windows to watch thick arcing waves of rain sweeping through the air in a shimmering wildness. Inside, the class lay serenely, breathing in the guided patterns and expansive thought, releasing the past in peace.

injuries of car collision mirroring areas of emotional patterns

Here is a striking example of how one woman’s body reacted in a car collision, and the subsequent releases. The impacts felt within her body, as pain, were areas of previous awareness where there had been “blocks” of sustained emotional challenge. Though the session revealed this at very deep levels, the client knew as well as, in tears, she described the accident, the pain – the pain medication she had taken, and her feelings, her knowing that the injury location in her neck and upper back corraborated with the blocked throat communication center. As the session revealed the release patterns for her, the focus at the back of the neck, the back throat chakra location, unwound a deep deep gray unspiraling energy of challenge between she and her partner, that had a corresponding very similar unspiraling release from her sacral chakra/reproductive organ location. The constriction down the length of the spine, revealed to be the retraction away from her partner as they disagreed about choice of having children, began to loosen, the muscle fibers expanding. The sacral area looked as if an energetic tightly wound ball of steely gray yarn, unwinding and emptying. As more and more of the former patterns found means of release, the pain noticeably lessened for the woman, and vibration of peace was suggested for, as she determined, four men with whom she had in past or present challenge with communicating fully what was in her heart and or on her mind. Each person in turn was energetically spoken to with the specific “highest possible outcome” stated by the client. She could feel the change, the shift, as the former lower energy thought forms alleviated from between she and they, and how her own energy life force flow was enhanced and strengthened the more peace, forgiveness, etc. which was consciously extended towards her past relationship dynamics. Her body was increasingly feeling invigorated and strong rather than weakened, in pain and in fear. She said the difference was amazing. But truly, however her Higher Self orchestrated the car collision, the end result was the “shaking up” of the old patterns, so they could easily and deeply be released. Thank you God!

In addition, the next session of the day drew an exchange with very similar dynamics, releasing past anger and resentment from the back of the throat and solar plexus. Fear of sharing what was in the client’s heart and mind was the deeper pattern. Feeling Oneness with all life was the result of the session.

The matrix of energetic interaction between clients and people I know or have come in contact with is often shown, and in this case the illumination of yet another back of the throat former constriction of a young man, being assisted in lifting, being shown as a golden fish net type formation drawn higher off the planet around myself and these people, with the emphasis on the continued ripple effect of chakras opening farther and farther a field. To think of the positive ramifications alleviating one personal challenge and allowing then, the fear vibration to lift ever outwards, triggering others to discard old energy patterns, to be able to speak freely, to feel the strength to move beyond the past and how things have been done is quite joyful, liberating, and makes me cry in gratitude that our actions towards the good, do truly create more good. “open your eyes!”

An empowered 11 year old girl Macie, born with hypoplasia of the optic nerve, which takes information to the brain, causing her eyes to move uncontrollably back and forth. After two surgeries, doctors had given her parents the prognosis that nothing could be done. Her mother’s reply was that she had faith, and her daughter would one day see. Though her physical sight had it’s difficult challenges, her spiritual sight was strong and advanced. She could see angels, fairies and energy fields around people.

Her first Breath of Light session was nothing short of spell-binding. The Beings of Light guided me to ask her to breathe a beautiful, bright green beam of light into her crown chakra and bring it down through the head. As she did this, I could see that the green light, when it came to just above the bridge of her nose, flowed out in all directions. The message to her was to focus the green light into a very thin tunnel of light, to bring the energy inward which was flowing outward. As she inhaled, visualizing this, I could soon see a brilliant green line of energy flowing through her skull. I was guided to gently touch three spots on her forehead, forming a triangle. This triangle filled with the green light and she was to intently focus the breath moving in and out of the triangle. I was to touch the inner corners of her eyes. Within minutes the session was complete. She lay on my table with her eyes closed, smiling.

Her mother called to the little girl. She sat up and turned to look at her mom whom began crying with joy. She steadily gazed into her mom’s eyes—for the first time in her life! And as the realization set in that her vision had also improved the room filled with overwhelming happiness. I got a call soon after they had left telling me she was excitedly reading the billboards and street signs all the way home! Thank you, God!
