We wish to speak of healing through the streams of Light passing into your
dimension from ours to bring heightened energy and the power of Love over fear.
We wish to speak of aligning your selves with this energetic flow in the manner
most conducive for healing yourselves and great bodies of people. Stand on the
earth and receive our directive Light.
When the breath is taken into the physical body, work yourself into a meditative
state such that the breath coming into the nose becomes secondary in focus to
the pulling in of the breath through the opening at the chakra. Feel the energy
pulling into this opening into your body.
As the deep breath is taken, consciously fill the lungs more and more until the
chest capacity is stretching to its fullest. Realize the breath coming into the body
has a magnificence of divine integrity and complexity. The Breath of Light has the
capacity to heal any energetic disturbance known on this planet as disease. The
conveyance of healing from our dimension accompanies you however is best to
accomplish the freeing of these binding energetic patterns. With Light, and
intention, the breath blends with our desire for your planet to experience
wholeness in every possible way. And, the planet is moving towards wholeness
with each breath that is taken with intention of Love and release of the past.
When the breath is used to cleanse the body, the mind and spirit respond by
being able to discern with more clarity and ease all of the input your daily lives
present to you. There is beauty and grace in allowing the body to free itself of
unnecessary energy in this way. The energy which is trapped in unified masses
throughout the body in patterns known as disease may be discovered and
dissolved by the repetitive gift of Light and intention being directed to these areas.
With the Breath of Light chakra breathing practice, know that we as Beings of Light

in great numbers at this time, and seek to assist in the vibrational clearing of any
